As a Kitchen Sales Designer, youll work closely with trade customers and their clients to bring kitchen visions to life.

Youll visit customers in their homes, understand their needs, and create bespoke kitchen designs that balance style, functionality, and practicality.
This is a sales-focused role where building relationships, identifying customer needs, and confidently closing deals are key to success.
From concept to completion, youll take ownership of the customer journey providing expert advice, creating inspiring designs, and delivering an outstanding sales experience.
What Youll Be Doing Meeting customers in their homes to understand their vision and requirements Designing kitchens that combine style, practicality, and functionality Advising customers on layouts, products, and tailored solutions Managing the design and sales process from initial consultation through to completion Building strong relationships with trade customers and homeowners Identifying sales opportunities and upselling products where appropriate Confidently negotiating and closing sales to achieve targets Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage What Were Looking For Proven sales experience is essential, ideally within kitchens, interiors, retail, or home improvement A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Confidence in negotiating and closing sales Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment A natural xwzovoh eye for design and attention to detail Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused Full UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle CAD/design experience preferred but not essential Whats in It for You Competitive salary Monthly bonus with OTE of £50K Pension scheme with up to 12% employer contribution Team incentives and social events 24 days holiday bank holidays, rising to 26 days with service Staff discount on products
