Key Responsibilities:
As Chef de Partie , you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:
Preparing food to a consistently high standard
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Following presentation standards on every dish
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Assisting with smooth kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
What we're looking for:
The ideal Chef de Partie will have:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
Experience with American-style cooking
Confidence working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Strong attention to detail and presentation
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
