Key Responsibilities: Design, support and improve voice communication systems Lead migration and transformation projects involving Cisco or Microsoft Teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, telephony, and AV infrastructure issues Manage and optimise SIP trunking, VoIP, and collaboration platforms across the business Develop automation and monitoring solutions to improve operational efficiency and system reliability Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Direct Routing Knowledge of AudioCodes SBCs and cloud-based voice environments Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell or Python Exposure to enterprise AV, IPTV, or Microsoft Teams Rooms technologies Previous experience within large enterprise or financial services environments Why choose VANRATH?
