AOG Freight Operators

reightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG Export and Import people for well established and Niche sector Freight Forwarders based in Heathrow area.

Job Description:-

• Dealing with AOG's shipments (start to finish) - Either Export or Imports

For Exports:-

• Preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client’s requirements.
• Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
• Completing MAWB’s and HAWB's
• Completion of NES Customs entries
• Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
• Dealing with overseas agents.
• Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.

For Imports:-

• Completing Import customs entries
• Liaising with Airlines, GSA's and Handling Agents
• Dealing with Overseas Agent

All hours and Shifts required!!!!!
