Head of AI Salary: £120,000-£150,000 Location: Nottingham (Hybrid - typically 3 days per week in office) The Opportunity This role sits at the centre of a significant UK investment to build senior‑level AI and engineering capability for a market‑leading organisation. Nottingham is being established as a long‑term hub, forming part of a wider programme to house critical technology leadership in the UK. You will lead the creation of an AI engineering function with responsibility for how intelligent systems are designed, deployed, and scaled across enterprise and regulated environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine licence to define platforms, teams, and standards from the ground up.
