In this influential role, you'll lead our PMO function, drive major strategic programmes and transformation activity, and work alongside senior leaders to keep priorities moving, connected and delivering results. We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture while also knowing how to make things happen. You'll bring strong portfolio, programme, or PMO leadership experience, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to bring clarity, energy, and momentum to complex change. If you're collaborative, passionate about improving public services, and thrive in fast-moving environments where relationships matter, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of adult social care across England.
