We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of several bakery and café locations across London.
This role is responsible for supporting site managers and teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain consistently high standards, and drive strong commercial performance. You will play a key role in ensuring each site operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company values, while creating an environment where teams feel supported, motivated, and proud of what they do.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple bakery and café locations.
Ensure consistency in food quality, coffee standards, cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience.
Support managers with problem-solving, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.
Lead, support, and develop site managers and supervisors.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Support rota management, staffing structure, and labour efficiency.
Monitor and improve KPIs including sales, labour, wastage, and profitability.
Analyse weekly reporting and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Work closely with senior leadership to support company growth objectives.
Ensure operational systems and procedures are followed consistently across all sites.
Ensure every customer receives warm, efficient, and genuine hospitality.
Handle escalated customer feedback professionally and proactively.
What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in multi-site hospitality, bakery, café, or retail operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Highly organised with excellent communication abilities.
Commercially aware and confident managing KPIs and operational performance.
Hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Passion for hospitality, coffee, food, and customer experience.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety compliance. xwzovoh
