Property Manager – Weston-super-Mare Recruiting on behalf of our client We are seeking a Property Manager to join our client’s established team in Weston-super-Mare. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing a busy portfolio. Salary & Package £27,000 - £29,0000 £1,000 salary increase upon completion of ARLA qualifications ARLA exams fully funded Working Hours Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (rota basis) Approximately 1 Saturday every 4–5 weeks Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the full tenancy lifecycle Coordinating maintenance and repairs, including liaising with contractors Conducting routine property inspections and preparing reports Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety standards Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and associated documentation Providing professional support to landlords and tenants Managing day‑to‑day queries, issues, and disputes Overseeing check‑ins, check‑outs, and inventory processes Additional Information Driving is not required for this role Full training and ongoing development provided Excellent opportunity for progression within a growing team If you are interested please click APPLY
