Graduate/ Structural Engineer

About the Role We are an established civil and structural engineering consultancy working on a range of residential and commercial projects including new builds, extensions, alterations, and structural surveys. We are looking for a Graduate or Structural Engineer (0–3 years experience) to join one of our Clients who are a renowed Consultancy firm in South East England and gain hands-on experience across structural design and project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Assist with structural design from concept through to completion * Produce calculations, drawings, and technical reports * Work on residential and small commercial building projects * Support senior engineers with ongoing project delivery * Attend occasional site visits and structural inspections * Liaise with clients, contractors, and design team members Requirements * Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng) * 0–3 years’ experience in structural engineering (graduates considered) * Experience using AutoCAD * Understanding of structural design principles (steel, concrete, masonry) * Strong communication and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and within a small team * Full UK driving licence preferred Software Experience (Desirable) * AutoCAD (essential) * TEDDS / MasterSeries / similar structural software Benefits * Salary £25,000 – £35,000 DOE * Paid overtime * Performance-based bonus * Mileage allowance for business travel * Support for continued professional development and working towards professional accreditation (ICE / IStructE) * Exposure to a wide range of structural projects * Friendly and supportive small team environment How to Apply Apply via CV-Library with your CV.
