Operations Planner

We are currently looking for an Operations Planner to join our team. Site Based: Atherstone Industrial Estate Working Hours: full time - Tues to Sat or Sun to Thurs. Through continuous drive for efficiency, excellence and sustainability an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast-moving perishables goods company.  About the Role: As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for delivering real-time integrated operational plans across multiple factories. Your role includes ensuring labour, produce, packaging, equipment, and transport are optimally utilised to achieve maximum yield and cost efficiency. Managing daily operations, analysing variances, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to meet our high standards of quality and on-time delivery will be your key focus.
