Stock Condition Surveyor / DEA – Cardiff Location: Cardiff, Wales Start: October 2026 Workload: Approximately 150 properties Payment: Price work, per completed survey The role We are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor/Domestic Energy Assessor to undertake residential property surveys across the Cardiff area. You will visit occupied residential properties, assess their condition and energy performance, and accurately record the information using the client’s surveying system. Requirements * Qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor * Strong knowledge of RdSAP 10.2 * Previous stock condition surveying or domestic energy assessment experience * Comfortable using tablet-based surveying software * Able to follow the client’s processes and validation procedures * Own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Cardiff * Professional and confident when dealing with residents * Available to complete a short screening and technical assessment before starting Training on the client’s surveying system and processes will be provided.
