Pepes Food Service manages the supply chain for all products used in Pepes stores. Currently Pepes has over 250 QSR stores in the UK. All the stores are franchised. Pepes has opened over 120 franchised stores in the UK over the last 5 years and has plans to have over 600 stores within the next 10 years.
About the Head of Pepes Food Service Role:
The Head of Pepes Food Service is an exciting new role created to develop a supply chain suitable for a brand with over 600 QSR franchised stores in the UK. This role will report directly to Pepes Head of Franchising and will be responsible for the current Pepes Food Service team of two.
Job Description:
Supply Chain Strategy:
Create and implement the supply chain strategy for Pepes, suitable for over 600 UK stores, ensuring uninterrupted supply of all products used in Pepes stores.
Day to Day Management:
Daily management of the Pepes Food Service team
Daily liaising with the rest of Pepes Senior Management team
Updating Pepes Directors on all aspects of Pepes Food Service
Supplier & Manufacturer Relationship Management:
Manage new and existing supplier and manufacturer contracts including pricing and Service Level Agreements
Quarterly supplier and manufacturer performance reviews
Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve supply chain resilience and for new menu items
Financial Planning and Reporting:
Develop the annual financial budget for Pepes Food Service Board sign-off
Senior Management monthly reporting on actual performance against budget
Manage supply chain pricing
Legislation:
Manage legislation changes into Pepes supply chain
Liaise with Pepes Primary Authority and Trading Standards
Analysis and Forecasting:
Analyse store purchasing
Forecasting across the Pepes whole supply chain
Managing store compliance
Risk and Crisis Management:
Implement strategies to minimise risks across the supply chain
Management of any supply chain issues
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Pepes Food Service will need to have:
8+ years UK Supply Chain Management experience in the QSR sector or high-volume Food & Beverages operations with multi-outlets. xwzovoh
Experience managing supplier and manufacturer relationships at a senior level.
Experience in financial budgeting and analysis
Experience in contract negotiations and contract management
Good strategic thinker
Ability to work closely with other Department Senior managers
High level of attention to detail
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

£90,000 per annum
