Contracts Administrator – The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy and growing business based in Lutterworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, handling contract-related queries, and ensuring information is accurately maintained across internal systems.
The role would suit someone with previous administration, customer service, sales support, order processing, or contract administration experience.
The Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the order and contract lifecycle.
Working closely with internal departments, you will ensure customer requests are handled efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and any queries are resolved promptly.
The successful Contracts Administrator will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards while ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a first point of contact for customer and contract-related enquiries
* Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
* Managing contract administration and documentation
* Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
* Monitoring order progress and providing customer updates
* Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
* Resolving issues and escalating where necessary
* Supporting the wider administration team with ad hoc tasks
About You
To be successful in this Contracts Administrator role, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a professional approach to customer service.
Essential
* Previous administration or customer service experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Professional and customer-focused approach
Desirable
* Experience within contracts administration
* Order processing experience
* Sales support or account administration experience
* Experience using CRM or ERP systems
