Shift Team Leader - Twilight Shift (22 hours per week)

Engage Recruitmnet are working in partnership with a well established, stable manufacturing company based in Glasgow to recruit a Shift Team Leader to work on the Twilight Shift 22hours per week. The Role: This role involves assisting Supervisors in ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out production duties as required. * Support Supervisors with job allocation and daily operations. * Organise workstations, tools, jigs, and fixtures. * Ensure products are assembled and packed correctly to specifications. * Train and support operators. * Monitor quality and investigate issues, implementing corrective actions. * Maintain housekeeping standards and drive improvements. * Manage component stock and highlight discrepancies. * Assist with documentation and assembly instructions. Requirements * Ideally experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment, although we would also consider retail experience. * Previous supervisory or team leader experience is required. * Strong attention to detail and quality focus. * Good organisational and communication skills. * Ability to support and train team members.
