Financial Controller

A leading and innovative food manufacturing business with a strong international presence is seeking to appoint a Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to take ownership of a busy finance function within a growing manufacturing business. You'll play a key role in financial planning, business performance, process improvement, and strategic decision-making while leading and developing a high-performing team.

The Role

• Lead and develop the finance team
• Manage monthly accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
• Support strategic planning and financial modelling
• Oversee audit, compliance, tax, and R&D claims
• Drive ERP and process improvements
• Provide commercial insight across the business

The Person

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and cashflow forecasting
• Manufacturing experience desirable
• ERP and strong Excel skills preferred
