You’ll work across complex areas including land and property, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and wider commercial VAT matters.You’ll collaborate closely with experienced senior professionals while playing an active role in the continued development of the VAT practice. What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage complex VAT advisory projects from start to finish.Advise on technical VAT matters involving land and property, M&A and corporate finance transactions.Provide expert VAT guidance to internal teams across a broad range of commercial matters.Analyse complex issues and develop practical, commercially focused VAT solutions.Work closely with senior VAT leadership to identify and pursue business development opportunities.Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.Contribute to the continued growth and development of the VAT practice.Take part in webinars, seminars and other professional events. What We’re Looking ForA solid understanding of VAT and a genuine drive to continue developing your technical knowledge.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.The ability to develop strategic solutions to complex VAT and commercial issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confidence engaging effectively with colleagues, clients and senior stakeholders.The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.A highly motivated approach with a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
