About the role

I am looking for a Painter to work on behalf of a local North Sheilds based council. The successful candidate will carry out painting for the damp and mould team in council properties to a high standard. Work will include damp and mould washes, full wall repaints as well as touch up painting. The Painter will receive: £18 P/H Umbrella Guaranteed long-term work Van providedThe successful candidate will be expected to complete: Painting in council properties to a high standard 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week Monday - Friday.We are really keen in speaking to anyone who has: City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience Full UK Driving Licence CSCS card Asbestos AwarenessIf you are looking to take the leap into a new and exciting role, get in touch with Dan on or call (phone number removed) INDPS
