Established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join a successful team.

The role will focus on developing new business, managing existing clients, building insurer relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell, while providing technical support across the wider team.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience within commercial insurance
• Excellent technical insurance knowledge
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and telephone communication
• Confident using Acturis and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage clients, deadlines and competing priorities
• Professional, proactive and commercially focused approach

Experience across liability, property/construction-related risks, professional indemnity or motor would be advantageous.

MondayFriday, 9am5pm.
