Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a well-established accountancy practice based in Luton, which is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join its growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients and is looking for a role where they can take ownership of a varied portfolio while continuing to develop their career.As Personal Tax Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of individuals, business owners and high-net-worth clients, providing a combination of personal tax compliance and advisory services.Your responsibilities as Personal Tax Manager will include:

• Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients from preparation through to submission
• Reviewing and overseeing self-assessment tax returns
• Advising clients on a range of personal tax matters
• Providing tax planning and advisory support to individuals and business owners
• Dealing with income tax, capital gains tax and other personal tax matters
• Reviewing work prepared by junior members of the team
• Responding to client queries and providing clear, commercially focused advice
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
