The Role: 2iC Drama - As 2iC Drama, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Support the Head of Drama in curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development
• Lead on specific Drama initiatives, productions, or enrichment opportunities
• Inspire creativity, confidence, and performance excellence in students
• Contribute to the wider school community and Performing Arts events
