- 4.30pm Salary: Up to £44,310.00 per annum (depending on experience, no pro rata) Contract: Fixed term- 9/12 months | Term Time Only Start: September 2026 UK applicants only no sponsorship available About the Role Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher who believes every child deserves the chance to thrive.

Youll deliver personalised, high-quality learning for primary-aged pupils with diverse and complex needs, helping them build confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for individuals and small groups Track, record and report on pupil progress Create a safe, structured and inspiring primary classroom environment Develop and review personalised plans (IEPs, IBPs) Support LSAs and other staff to deliver consistent, high-quality learning Work effectively with challenging behaviour and promote self-regulation Communicate clearly with families, colleagues and wider professionals Safeguard and promote pupil wellbeing at all times Who Were Looking For QTS or Degree equivalent required Strong understanding of primary practice, SEN and safeguarding Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills A proactive, resilient and compassionate approach Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development A passion for helping young learners achieve their full potential Driving licence required About Us Hambrook School is an independent specialist school in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, for pupils aged 518 with autism and an EHCP.

Opened in 2023 and rated Good by Ofsted, we provide a structured, safe and nurturing environment.
