The Barn Owl Inn is an established pub known for its quality food, welcoming atmosphere, and dedicated team. We take pride in delivering great British pub classics alongside exciting daily specials and seasonal dishes.

We're a traditional pub with high standards when it comes to food. We prepare many dishes fresh in-house and take pride in quality, consistency, and presentation. We're looking for a chef who shares these values and enjoys creating great pub food with a touch of creativity.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our young, multicultural kitchen team. Someone who takes pride in their cooking, enjoys bringing new ideas to the table and understands the importance of maintaining high standards while running a successful kitchen.

This is an opportunity for a chef who wants to take ownership of their work, contribute to menu development and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

• Help maintain the kitchen's current standards and identify opportunities to improve them where needed.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, portion control and presentation.
