About the role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and experienced Part-Time Care Coordinator to join Feldon Care. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating care services, supporting care staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. - Manage staff rotas and ensuring adequate care coverage
- Support care staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care
- Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and care staff
- Conduct care reviews, assessments, and care plan updates
- Review and aduit care plans and care documentation
- Monitor service quality and support compliance with safeguarding requirements, Feldon Care policies and CQC standards
- Monitor the quality of care delivery and support continuous improvement
- Assist with spot checks, competency assessments and quality assurance activities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff support
- Maintain accurate records and care documentation
- Respond to day-to-day operational and service delivery needs Requirements: - Previous experience as a Care Coordinator within domiciliary care or a similar health and social care setting
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of care planning, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and care management systems
- Up-to-date Mandatory Training certificates
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable but not essential What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a motivated, professional, and reliable individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care services.
