Truck Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Truck Sales Executive to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Huddersfield. This is a role suited to someone with DAF and sales experience, as you will be managing customer accounts, developing new business and selling trucks across the Yorkshire area. What’s on offer? * £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary * Commission structure with earnings up to £80,000 * Permanent position * Mon – Fri | 8:30am – 5pm * Guaranteed fixed commission of £500 per month for the first 5 months * Commission at 11%, rising to 16% for new customers * Additional commission for internal bodywork and paintwork sales * Company vehicle * 23 days holiday, rising to 25 days after 5 years * Discounted medical insurance * Employee discounts * Vehicle discounts * Progression opportunities * Full manufacturer training * HGV licence support * Further training and diploma opportunities What will you be doing as a Truck Sales Executive? * Selling trucks to new and existing customers * Managing existing customer accounts * Developing new business across the Yorkshire area * Visiting clients across areas including Huddersfield, Barnsley and Doncaster * Building strong relationships with new and existing clients * Generating sales and profit for the business * Participating in marketing activity, sales promotions and events What will you need? * Previous truck, commercial vehicle or dealership sales experience * Minimum 2 years’ sales experience * DAF experience * Strong relationship-building skills * Confidence generating new business * A proactive, target-driven approach to sales Apply today Apply today or speak with Jack at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
