Contracts Manager

We are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Site Manager to oversee the execution of multiple small-scale construction sites across the South East As the Contracts Manager you will be a driven and organised professional ideally with a background in windows and doors, double glazing or commercial glazing looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: * The contracts manager will manage a select number of windows, and doors installation projects, coupled with flood defence from start to finish * Liaise with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery * Lead site planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. * Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements * Provide hands-on leadership, occasionally working on-site where required * Travel to site locations across the South East and South, which will include occassional nights away.
