Residential Support Worker (Children’s Home) Location: Ilford, East London Salary: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (paid monthly) Hours: Full‑time, shift‑based (Mon–Sun) Day Shifts: 8:00am – 8:30pm Waking Nights: 8:00pm – 8:30am We are seeking full‑time Residential Support Workers to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment. This is a rewarding role where you will help create positive outcomes and stability for those in your care.
