We are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join one of our growing London-based teams. Working closely with a highly regarded Senior Associate, you will play a key role in a busy and expanding practice that advises a broad range of commercial property clients, from local businesses and entrepreneurs to national property investors and developers. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building relationships, takes genuine ownership of their work and wants to be part of a small team that is growing, hugely ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional client service. The role offers flexible hybrid working, with attendance at our London office typically required one to two days per week. You will assist with and manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property. Asset management work across a range of commercial property portfolios. Supporting the real estate aspects of corporate transactions and business acquisitions. Manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters, delivering practical, commercial and solutions-focused advice. Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsiveness, attention to detail and commercial awareness. A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–5 years' PQE in commercial real estate. Comfortable taking responsibility and experienced in managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision.
