Practice Manager - Private Healthcare

Andrew Black Design is an award-winning architectural practice, working from our welcoming and modern converted mews office in the heart of Dundee.

Due to the impending retirement of our current Practice Manager, we’re seeking an organised, proactive and capable individual to oversee the day-to-day management of our growing practice and support its continued development.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence how the practice manages its resources, monitors performance and plans for future growth.

Support staff development, and Continuing Professional Development administration.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Maintain practice procedures, quality management systems and business records.
Maintain practice policies relating to health and safety, data protection, confidentiality and information management.

Office and IT Management
Oversee office facilities, equipment, supplies and service contracts.
Coordinate IT support, software licences and equipment provision.
Ensure that office systems and resources support the efficient operation of the practice.

Financial and Commercial Management
~ Assist the Finance Manager to monitor and report on practice income, expenditure, cash flow and overall financial performance.

Experience in practice management, office management, business administration or a similar operational role.
Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and relevant business management systems.
The role is envisaged as full-time, although we recognise the importance of a flexible approach to working arrangements. Applications from candidates seeking a part-time position will be considered, with a minimum commitment of four days per week preferred.
