About the role
We’re looking for a Telesales Lead to take charge of our outbound telesales team and drive SME customer growth. You’ll lead from the front—boosting acquisition, improving retention, and delivering targeted, insight‑led campaigns that hit ambitious revenue goals.
You’ll need:
- Proven success leading outbound sales or retention teams
- A strong track record of hitting targets
- Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills
- Confidence using CRM tools and customer insights to drive performance
- A pro‑active, resilient and commercially minded approach
We offer:
- Up to £40,000 DOE + 20% bonus
- 31 days holiday + 6 bank holidays
