Interim Global Reward & Benefit Manager £350

- £425 per day holiday pay 5 days onsite in Victoria (No flex unfortunately) Immediate start 6 months (possibility to go permanent) We're looking for an experienced Interim Global Reward & Benefits Manager to support a range of reward projects across a global organisation.
The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end reward and benefits experience, alongside hands-on Workday expertise, ideally within complex international environments.
Key areas of focus are likely to include: EU Pay Transparency readiness Annual compensation and bonus cycles Pay equity and reward analytics Reward process improvement and governance Workday compensation configuration, reporting, and testing We're looking for someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, partnering with HR, Finance, HRIS, and senior stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent projects at pace.
Ideal experience: Proven global reward & benefits experience Strong Workday Compensation/HCM capability, this is essential. xwzovoh
