Support Worker - Ballycastle

MPA are recruiting for Support Workers to join our team In the Ballycastle Area. This position will be based in a Supported Living Setting with an immediate start available. The pay rate is £12.80-£15 per hour depending on shift worked. The role will involve working with service users with a diagnosis of dementia or cognitive impairment.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing a high standard of personal care and support to residents
• Providing assistance at meal times as well as recording food and fluid intake
• Promoting independence where possible
• Providing support with mobility
• General housekeeping duties
• Communicating with residents and making them feel comfortable

Essential Criteria

• 6 months' experience in a similar role
• NISCC Registered or willingness to apply
• Willingness to complete training courses
• Willingness to complete Access NI checks

• Health and Social Care Qualification
