The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, leading sections during service, and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the senior kitchen team with daily kitchen operations
• Assisting in delivering consistently high-quality dishes
• Leading sections confidently during busy service periods
• Training and mentoring junior chefs
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with stock control and reducing waste

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• A passion for quality food and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive, hands-on approach and team-focused mindset
