Social & CRM Manager - London

Hybrid - 4 days in office / 1 WFH
Overview The Social & CRM Manager runs SushiDog's social channels and the loyalty and CRM programme that keeps customers coming back. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role spends most of its time on social: setting the strategy, creating and posting content every day, and running paid social. Alongside social, it owns the loyalty programme, CRM, email and gift cards, and handles customer service across social channels. Social strategy and paid media: own the social strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, run paid social, and report on channel performance.
Social content creation and posting: create, shoot, edit and post content every day, write on-brand copy, run broadcast channels, follow trends, and brief freelance creators where needed.
Loyalty, CRM, email and gift cards: manage the loyalty programme and CRM, plan and send email campaigns and automated flows, and run gift cards.
Customer service: manage social inboxes, DMs, comments and reviews with fast, friendly responses, escalating complaints through the agreed process.

1-2 years running social channels for a consumer brand
~ A portfolio of social content that shows a strong feel for trends and platform formats
~ Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms, including basic automation
~ Passion for hospitality, food & beverage brands and understanding in current culture and trends

Experience growing a brand's TikTok or Instagram following
Experience with editing and design tools (e.g. Experience running gift card programmes

Creative eye for content, with a strong instinct for what works on each platform
Excellent written communication and a natural, on-brand voice
Organised and self-starting, running a daily content calendar with minimal supervision
