Inside Sales Lead

Redline are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Lead to oversee the day-to-day running of our Basingstoke based Customers internal sales function, ensuring a seamless journey from quotation through to order fulfilment. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, sales support and team leadership, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities for this Inside sales Lead job opportunity in Basingstoke Lead and support the Inside Sales team to achieve service and operational targets. Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Build strong customer relationships, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally. Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and produce reports to support business performance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction and team performance. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an inside sales, customer service or sales operations leadership role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Experience using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
