Aminis are partnering with a school in Tower Hamlets, London who are seeking a skilled and confident High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive school and forward‑thinking team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment, enjoys taking initiative, and is committed to helping pupils achieve their best. About the Role You will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school, including: * Leading whole‑class learning in the absence of the class teacher. * Delivering targeted small‑group and 1:1 interventions. * Supporting behaviour, engagement, and progress. * Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and leaders to ensure high‑quality provision. * Contributing to planning, assessment, and classroom organisation. What We’re Looking For * HLTA status (or equivalent experience). * Strong classroom presence and the confidence to lead learning. * Experience supporting pupils across different key stages. * A calm, proactive, and positive approach. * Someone who builds strong relationships with pupils and staff. * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
