Proven experience working in award-winning kitchens

Strong team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
Reliable, organised and able to maintain high standards during service
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the brigade
