The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking authentic Caribbean dishes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where large quantities of food are prepared daily. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Caribbean dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manage food preparation for high-volume service efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, ideally in Caribbean cuisine or a similar environment.
Familiarity with high-volume cooking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available to work from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on assigned days.
