About the role
Creative Support is seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our passionate team in Blackburn, Lancashire. Our vibrant service provides quality care and support to residents with learning disabilities and other support needs. Each day is different as we help our service users engage in activities like exercising, gardening, baking and arts and crafts.

In this role you will provide personal care, administer medication and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning. You will also encourage service users to participate in social activities and develop warm, trusting relationships with them and their families.
This flexible position allows you to pick up shifts that suit your schedule, making it ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
Twelve months previous experience in a care role is essential. Successful applicants must attend mandatory induction training courses. A valid driving licence is desirable.
