Responsibilities:
AsaBridgingFinanceBDM,youwill:
Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithintermediaries,includingmortgageandfinancebrokers.
Promoteourbridgingfinanceproductsthroughengagingpresentations,phonecalls,andvirtualmeetings.
Identifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitiestoexpandnetworkofintermediaries.
Attendindustryevents,networkingopportunities,andin-personmeetingswithbrokerstostrengthenpartnerships.
Stayup to datewithmarkettrends,competitoractivities,andindustrydevelopmentstoidentifyopportunitiesforgrowth.
ExperienceRequired:
ProvenexperienceasaBridgingFinanceBDM
Strongunderstandingofbridgingfinanceproductsandtheintermediarymarket.
Establishednetworkofmortgageandspecialistfinancebrokers.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportandtrustwithclients.
Confidenceinconductingvirtualmeetingsandphonecalls,aswellasattendingin-personevents.
Aproactiveandresults-drivenmindset,withapassionforachievingandexceedingtargets. xwzovoh
Strongorganisationalskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritieseffectively.
Upto£90kBasic (Dependent on experience+Uncapped Commission+Benefits
