Maths Teacher

Veritas Education is currently working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Kirklees to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for immediate and upcoming roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact on pupils' progress and attainment in Mathematics. The Role As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for: Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons in line with the National Curriculum Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential) Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress Managing classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies Contributing to the wider school community where appropriate The Ideal Candidate Will Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching Maths within UK secondary schools Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths education Effective classroom and behaviour management skills A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Work with Veritas Education?
