Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant  Term time only  Birmingham  Daily Rate: £90 - £110 a day  PK Education are currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis in a fantastic, supportive primary school in Birmingham.  This is an exciting opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals who have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and are looking for stability alongside flexibility.  Are you enthusiastic about helping young learners thrive in their early development? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.  You will be responsible for:  • Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups, including pupils with SEND needs  • Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and interventions  • Creating a positive, nurturing learning environment  • Following school policies and safeguarding procedures  • Promoting emotional, social and academic development  Full support and guidance will be provided by both the school and PK Education.  The Ideal Candidate Will Have:  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)  • Proven experience working in Early Years settings  • Experience supporting children with SEND needs (essential)  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills  • A caring, patient and proactive approach  • A genuine passion for education and child development  Additional Requirements: Reference details will be requested prior to registration.  Current DBS registered with the DBS Update Service – if you do not have a DBS registered online PK Education will provide full assistance in getting you one.  If you’re a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant with SEND experience and would like to be considered, please contact (url removed)
