Description
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Provide administrative support to the wider business.
Carry out finance duties such as processing and raising invoices, doing payment runs, organising direct debits and dealing with any invoice queries.
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support team members with document preparation and correspondence as required.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including organising office resources.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure office requirements are met.Profile
A successful Office Manager (6 month FTC) should have:
Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Be able to independently cover finance duties described.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
