About the role

You will become part of a small, dedicated team responsible for managing and coordinating monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of all planned work. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, alongside a strong commitment to compliance and adherence to established procedures.
The position also involves close collaboration with the finance team, including reviewing subcontractor invoices against purchase orders and completed works and reconciling them.
The organisation recognises and rewards individuals who demonstrate a positive and proactive approach, fostering a very healthy work environment that is also fun to be part of. The business uses the job management tool, Joblogic, though experience with any other CAFM system would be useful.
Previous experience in the FM or HVAC industry would be advantageous
