Electrical Design Engineer

You will be undertaking Electrical designs for large, complex construction projects. Key Tasks and Accountability's: Providing High level technical advice in electrical building services engineering, supporting electrical engineering in project design meeting, establishing solutions, agreeing concepts and working closely with colleagues and other design teams. Delivering co-ordinated design solutions to the end of projects. Taking an active role in developing standards and best practice to share with colleagues across the professional excellence teams in the Property & Assets business. Making proposals and developing innovative solutions and proposals enhancing the M&E service, implementing agreed initiatives such as BIM. Maintaining effective and regular communication with senior management on all matters affecting output, progress, cost and risks. What we are looking for: Degree in Electrical Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering and member of CIBSE or IET, Chartered Engineer or working towards becoming chartered Experience demonstrating the capability to fulfil the accountability's of the role, high level of knowledge and experience in your discipline Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into more readily understood information suitable for a wider business audience, experience in the application of quality procedures and document control in engineering design Ability to pass the BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) requirements Whats on offer: Strong pipeline of secured work starting from £40k per annum If you are interested in this position and would like to apply, please email a copy of your CV to Sean at Fawkes & Reece, using the contact details provided or you can give my mobile a call for further details on (phone number removed)
