- Win new clients and build your own market Sales & Negotiation
- Pitch, influence, and close deals with senior stakeholders Candidate Sourcing
- Headhunt top talent through LinkedIn, outreach, and networking Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates Process Management
- Manage interviews, offers, and placements end-to-end This is a sales role at its core
