We are a family run Builders Merchant based in Croydon since 1912 Full Time, permanent hours Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm 23 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays, extra holiday rewarded after 5 years.

Re qualification costs for CPC renewals, Crane refreshers and medicals.

Uniform provided Requirements Valid Class 2 Driving Licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 3 points for minor offences.

(no DR DD TT IN) Valid CPC training records up to date.

Valid HIAB (Lorry Mounted Crane) experience is preferred but not essential as we have a training programme.

You must be over the age of 25 years (insurance purposes) Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.

Must be reliable and punctual.

This role requires multi drop deliveries from our yard in Croydon to our various customer sites.

The transport team use a group chat to help with communications.

The vehicle must be returned to the depot at the end of each shift.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of good customer service and has a professional and safety conscious approach to their duties.

Assisting with loading your vehicle and securing your vehicles load safely, comply with vehicle security and procedure at all times.

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues.

Driving our company vehicles and operate company equipment in a safe and professional manner in accordance with company policies, procedures & legislation, adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. xwzovoh
