Main Duties Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively to ensure strong outcomes Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and EAL Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and wellbeing Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals to support pupils development Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour and personal development About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A passionate and reflective classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies A commitment to inclusion, equality and safeguarding Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continuous professional development ECTs and experienced teachers are warmly encouraged to apply Why Horizon Teachers?
