- £150 (dependant on experience) We are recruiting a confident HLTA to join a mainstream secondary school in Oldham , supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to step up into an HLTA role, supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role: Support SEN students across KS3 & KS4 Deliver interventions and in-class support Adapt learning to individual needs Work closely with teachers and SENCO Promote engagement, confidence, and progress You Will Need: Experience supporting children with SEN TA / LSA / HLTA experience Strong communication and behaviour support skills Confidence xwzovoh in a mainstream secondary environment Ideal Experience: Teaching Assistant | Learning Support Assistant | Youth Worker | Support Worker ??
