Vehicle Damage Assessor

kolt recruitment are looking for a vda to join a busy accident repair centre based in west hampstead. this is a great opportunity for an experienced vehicle damage assessor to join a well-established bodyshop, working in a fast-paced environment and playing a key role in the repair process from initial assessment through to completion. key responsibilities: * carry out accurate and detailed vehicle damage assessments * prepare repair estimates using industry-recognised systems * liaise with insurance companies, engineers and customers * identify additional damage and update estimates accordingly * ensure repairs are cost-effective and meet required standards * work closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow requirements: * previous experience as a vda or estimator within an accident repair centre * strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and processes * experience using estimating systems such as audatex or glassmatix * excellent communication and organisational skills * ability to work efficiently under pressure * full uk driving licence preferred if you are an experienced vda looking for your next opportunity in west hampstead, we want to hear from you. kolt recruitment specialise in automotive recruitment across the uk
