We offer these contracts not because it suits us but because it suits you.
With over 95% of our staff are on permanent contracts you will be supported to apply for one when its right for you.
Job security and career development
The Relief (Bank) post supports the permanent rota staff by completing shifts that are vacant due to annual leave, training and other staff absences. As such, hours are non-specific, but your manager will endeavour to balance the needs of the service against your own work/life balance as appropriately as possible.
You will be joining a small, friendly team supporting two young ladies with learning disabilities to live in their own home in Aylesbury. Amy* and Holly* moved into their new home last July after leaving MacIntyre School in Wingrave, and are now continuing to build happy, fulfilling lives with the right support around them.
Like anyone settling into a new chapter in life, Amy and Holly have each been developing their own routines, interests, and independence, and you will play an important role in supporting them to thrive and achieve the things that matter most to them.
As you get to know them as individuals you will support them to build a routine of activities that allows them to thrive in this next stage of their lives
What we can guarantee is that no two days will be the same.
